Pretty and dignified, this grape variety is a good representation of the Alsace region.

To the eye it's shiny with grey ivory, to the nose it's vegetal crunchy, classic, even if it goes to Sauvignon. Tasting it, it's fresh, springly and has a gooseberry touch.
