Lieu-dit. Municipality of Turckheim Alluvial territoir of the fecht alluvial cone located on the banks of Wintzenheim and Turckheim. The Sandy alluvium is rich in clay (22%) and devoid of limestone. These alluvial-siliceous soils outcrop and are locally covered with deposits or loess silt. The wines from this terroir are rich, well structured and suitable for breeding and aging.
