AOC Grand Cru Marckrain. Municipality of Bennwihr. South South/East exposure. Altitude between 204 and 325m. This marl-limestone terroir is rich in red-colored clay associated with sand, and contains a high proportion of limestone pebbles. This soil is also quite heavy but drains well.
